The locals pick the Nightfall Concert Series. First of all, it’s free. Second, it’s awesome. This classic event is a huge success with locals and tourists alike and takes place in Miller Plaza, rain or shine, every Friday evening through August 31, starting at 7 p.m. It’s just over half a mile from the Choo Choo Hotel, and if you don’t feel like walking, jump on the free downtown shuttle next door to the hotel, and ask your driver to let you out at Nightfall. You can also take the Bike Share which has a docking station in front of the hotel. Market Street is closed for this event, and you can’t miss the food trucks, motorcycles, crowds and beer tents. This event is dog-friendly.

Dance the night away - Station Street. If you are looking for a fun night out, there is no better place than Station Street. It’s on the Choo Choo property and offers comedy, live music, dance club, country western club and much more. Station Street and the Choo Choo are the areas only open container properties, so that gives you great flexibility to move through the dozen or so venues, restaurants and clubs on the street. Ask for a to-go cup at the venue if you want to keep the party moving. No glass outside, and adult beverages must not be taken off the property; please follow the posted signs.
Regans Place - Retro Dance Bar, open Thursday to Saturday at 9 p.m.

Westbound Bar - Country Western bar, open Thursday to Saturday at 9 p.m., with free line dancing classes Thursday evenings from 8-9.

Riverbend Music Festival - June 8-16. The waterfront is only about one mile from the hotel, and you can take the free shuttle to and from the festival every day. That means you don’t have to pay for parking and to stay on the Southside means access to all the great locally owned restaurants which won’t be overrun by festival goers. Plus if you’re looking for some relaxation along with your music festival, there is no better place than our swimming pool.

Songbird Guitar Museum - now featuring concerts! This museum was ranked #8 best new attraction by USA Today, and Reverb called it their “favorite place on earth.” The museum is a must-do on your trip, but they now also feature live music so check out what events are happening during your stay.

All the laughs at the Comedy Catch. Don’t plan your weekend without checking out the lineup of top local, regional and national comedians that make their way to Chattanooga’s premier comedy club.
